History

Three Eagles Communications, Inc. was formed in 1994 by Rolland C. Johnson for the purpose of acquiring small to medium size radio operations in the Midwest and West. With its first acquisition in 1996, TEC has since grown to 51 radio stations (including its September 1, 2007 purchase) in four Midwestern states - Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, and South Dakota.

The primary operations of TEC are based in Lincoln, NE, which is the Company's largest market. Its radio properties are strategically clustered to take advantage of regional and national advertising opportunities.
